Englokids is an initiative started by Ms. Neha Bhuwalka (BCA, MBA, UGC-NET qualified in Management) which aims at honing up English language skills for KG to grade 5 kids.It encompasses all the aspects of English language i.e Reading, Writing, Speaking, Grammar and vocabulary which help students in speaking and writing hassle free English.
Why Englokids?
Englokids doesn’t believe in pressurizing children to learn English rather it strives to make English fun for them by arousing interest in this language with the implementation of various fun activities, games and customized worksheets.
Englokids is the place that helps a child not only by giving a platform for speaking but working on the following parameters which are the major building blocks to help a child in speaking fluent English.
Grammar
Students in India make quite a few grammatical and writing mistakes in English which makes their marks go down. Lacking knowledge of Grammar also affect their performance in competitive exams.
Proper grammar is essential for understanding English. With a sound knowledge of English grammar, an individual can speak and write the language correctly. Having sound knowledge of Grammar makes your child well equipped in handling all kinds of examination aspects like composition and comprehension. Like all learning problems, difficulties in writing can be devastating to a child's education and self-esteem Writing is a skill that can be improved by doing it. It is very important to jot down your ideas on paper effectively. Kids should know about the grammar rules, punctuations, Sentence structure and the most important they need to be imaginative. As children progress through school, they are increasingly expected to express what they know about many different subjects through writing.
If a child fails to develop certain basic skills, he will be unable to write with the speed and fluency required to excel as these demands increase. Indeed, for a child struggling with a writing problem, the writing process itself interferes with learning. Students faced with such difficult odds have trouble staying motivated. Englokids help students by making them creative and imaginative by conducting various activities like listening songs, stories, playing videos, picture composition etc which enables a child to think independently and write effectively.
Speaking
Nowadays, every parent wants their children to speak English. Speaking in English has also become mandatory even in most of the schools. To speak fluently, there is only one Mantra”the more you speak, the more you learn”. Englokids motivates these students to speak daily by conducting number of activities i.e role-plays, extempore etc to set this language on their tongue.
